Finally got it swapped out on the trailhead and the water flow from that little insert is surprisingly steady, not the splattery mess I half expected. Screwing it into the cap took less than a minute with no tools, and it feels solid enough to last a season of abuse.

The swap was almost too easy—the cap came off cleanly and the insert threaded right in without any wiggling. Now I’ve got a proper handheld spray for rinsing the kids’ hair, and the water pressure feels just as strong as before. Exactly what I needed.

Took me about two minutes to unscrew the old cap and thread this in, and the water pressure feels noticeably steadier than before. It’s a simple swap that makes the whole shower experience more comfortable.
