Detour 不鏽鋼平底鍋（如新品）

I burned pasta sauce on it the first trip and it wiped right off without scrubbing – that 304 stainless surface is a lifesaver. The aluminum core in the base spreads heat so evenly, even my cheap camp stove doesn’t leave hot spots. This pan’s going in my pack every time now.

The aluminum layer in the base makes a real difference—eggs slide off without sticking, even over a flickering campfire. It's hefty but balanced, and cleanup takes about a minute with just a paper towel.

We've been through three camp trips with this pan already and the 304 steel surface cleans up like it's brand new, no sticking even over a uneven fire. The aluminum layer in the base means the eggs cook evenly across the whole bottom, which is more than I can say for our old cast iron.
